Dolphin Offshore Enterprises (India) Limited to issue 3:5 bonus shares

Dolphin Offshore Enterprises (India) Limited has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 31, 2006 has recommended issue of bonus shares for the approval of the shareholders in the proportion of 3 new equity shares for 5 equity sahres held as on the record date to be determined by the BoDs after the EGM.
