Sundaram Clayton Board declares interim dividend

Sundaram Clayton Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 30, 2006, inter alia, has declared an interim dividend of Rs 7.00 per equity share of Rs 10/- each.
