Ceigall India Joint Venture Secures Four MoRTH Contracts Worth ₹2,149.62 Crore in Arunachal Pradesh

Ceigall India Limited (CIL), in a joint venture with Sushee Infra Mining Limited (SIML), has received four Letters of Acceptance (LOAs) from the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH) for infrastructure projects aggregating to a total bid cost of ₹2,149.62 Crores.

The LOAs were issued on August 17, 2026, following earlier corporate communications made on March 11 and March 12, 2026. Under the joint venture agreement, Ceigall India Limited holds a controlling 74% share, while Sushee Infra Mining Limited holds the remaining 26% stake.

Awarding Entity: Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH), a domestic government entity.

Contract Execution Mode: Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC).

Project Location: State of Arunachal Pradesh (NH-913 Frontier Highway).

Project Breakdown & Details

Section 1: Huri-Taliha (km 0.000 to km 55.725)

Scope: Construction of Intermediate Lane on EPC mode (Tender ID: 2025_MoRTH_868241_1).

Bid Cost: ₹521.00 Crore.

Execution Period: 36-month construction period followed by a 5-year maintenance period.

Section 2: Sarli-Huri (km 0.000 to km 78.38)

Scope: Construction of Intermediate Lane on EPC mode (Tender ID: 2025_MoRTH_868225_1).

Bid Cost: ₹611.10 Crore.

Execution Period: 36-month construction period followed by a 5-year maintenance period.

Section 3: Huri-Taliha (km 55.725 to km 113.25)

Scope: Construction of Intermediate Lane on EPC mode (Tender ID: 2025_MoRTH_868246_1).

Bid Cost: ₹525.00 Crore.

Execution Period: 48-month construction period followed by a 5-year maintenance period.

Section 4: Huri-Taliha (km 160.75 to km 209.90)

Scope: Construction of Intermediate Lane on EPC mode (Tender ID: 2025_MoRTH_868268_1).

Bid Cost: ₹492.52 Crore.

Execution Period: 36-month construction period followed by a 5-year maintenance period.

The new contracts further strengthen Ceigall India's order book and reinforce its presence in the road and highway infrastructure segment. The projects also mark another significant addition to the Company's portfolio of EPC infrastructure projects across India.

Shares of Ceigall India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 316.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 318.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 71969 in over 337 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 320.10 and intraday low of 314.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 22816783.00.
