Consolidated Financial Performance
Shadowfax Technologies recorded Revenue from Operations of ₹1,358.12 crore in Q1 FY27, marking a 64.91% year-on-year increase compared to ₹823.54 crore reported in Q1 FY26. On a sequential basis, operational revenue grew by 9.78% over ₹1,237.09 crore recorded in Q4 FY26.
Including Other Income of ₹21.06 crore (up from ₹8.18 crore in Q1 FY26 and ₹15.51 crore in Q4 FY26), the company's Total Income reached ₹1,379.18 crore, representing a 65.82% YoY increase over ₹831.72 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal.
Driven by strong revenue scale and operating leverage, Consolidated Net Profit After Tax (PAT) surged over 8-fold to ₹65.40 crore for Q1 FY27, up 715.46% YoY compared to ₹8.02 crore in Q1 FY26 and up 17.14% sequentially from ₹55.83 crore in Q4 FY26.
Total Comprehensive Income for the period stood at ₹65.43 crore, after accounting for an actuarial gain on remeasurement of defined employee benefit plans of ₹0.03 crore. No tax expenses were recorded for the quarter.

On a standalone basis, Shadowfax Technologies demonstrated a matching growth trajectory:
Revenue from Operations: Stood at ₹1,323.85 crore in Q1 FY27, expanding 66.33% YoY from ₹795.92 crore in Q1 FY26 and 9.79% sequentially from ₹1,205.81 crore in Q4 FY26.
Total Income: Reached ₹1,344.88 crore, up 67.24% YoY over ₹804.16 crore in Q1 FY26 and 10.08% sequentially over ₹1,221.73 crore in Q4 FY26.
Profit Before Tax (PBT) & PAT: Climbed to ₹66.20 crore, marking a 624.29% YoY increase compared to ₹9.14 crore in Q1 FY26 and a 19.77% sequential growth over ₹55.27 crore in Q4 FY26.
Total Comprehensive Income: Stood at ₹66.23 crore for the quarter, factoring in ₹0.03 crore in actuarial gains on employee benefits.
Expenditure Analysis
Total consolidated expenses for Q1 FY27 stood at ₹1,313.78 crore, compared to ₹823.70 crore in Q1 FY26 and ₹1,197.74 crore in Q4 FY26. Operational cost structures remained aligned with business volume growth:
Other Expenses (including logistics operational costs): Formed the primary expense component at ₹1,142.79 crore (vs. ₹715.21 crore in Q1 FY26 and ₹1,043.99 crore in Q4 FY26).
