Deepak Builders & Engineers India Limited (DBEIL) has officially received the Letter of Acceptance (LoA) for a massive Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract from the Haryana State Industrial & Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (HSIIDC).
Scope and Scale of the Project
The infrastructure contract is valued at ₹548.70 crores (inclusive of GST, plus applicable price escalations). Under the terms of the agreement, Deepak Builders will undertake the extensive development of Shri Krishna Ayush University located in Kurukshetra, Haryana.
The comprehensive project layout encompasses:
The construction of various university buildings and core infrastructure.
Delivery of allied estate services.
Execution of all integrated Civil and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services.
Comprehensive horticulture and site development works.
The company has been granted a strict execution tenure of 36 months (three years) to bring the project to completion on an EPC basis.
