Nucleus Software, a leading provider of lending and transaction banking solutions to the global financial services industry, announced the appointment of Bhavit Godiwala as its Chief Customer Success Officer (CCSO).
In this role, Bhavit will lead Nucleus Software's global Customer Success organization, focusing on deepening customer relationships, accelerating value realization, strengthening delivery excellence, and helping financial institutions build greater business agility in an increasingly digital and AI-driven environment.
Bhavit joins Nucleus Software with nearly three decades of leadership experience spanning banking technology, digital transformation, core banking modernization, digital banking, payments, transaction banking, cloud-ready platforms, and large-scale public sector programs. Throughout his career, he has successfully led some of the banking industry's most complex transformation initiatives across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and Latin America.
Prior to joining Nucleus Software, Bhavit held senior leadership positions at Centelon Group, Intellect Design Arena, Tech Mahindra, and Infosys Finacle. He has led large global customer success portfolios and built highperformance teams across multiple continents, and served as a trusted advisor to banking CXOs driving enterprise-wide modernization and transformation programs.
His experience includes leading transformational initiatives for globally recognized Banking institutions across multiple geographies. He has also played a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, customercentric transformation, cloud adoption, executive governance, and large-scale change management programs across global banking ecosystems.
