Divgi TTS Wins strategic order for All-Wheel Drive system from an existing leading Indian OEM customer

Divgi TorqTransfer Systems Limited, a leader in automotive drivetrain systems and components, has secured a strategic order from an existing leading Indian Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).

Under this program, Divgi TTS will supply Interactive Torque Management (ITM) Assemblies, Electronic Control Units (ECU) and Power Transfer Unit (PTU) Assemblies for the OEM's upcoming All-Wheel Drive (AWD) variants of its mid-sized and full-sized SUV vehicle models.

The program entails annual supply of approximately 6,000 units of ITM Assemblies, ECUs and PTU Assemblies, for a period of five years, with Start of Production expected from Q1 FY28.

This award marks the OEM's first Front Wheel Drive (FWD) based All-Wheel Drive variant development for its internal combustion powertrain models and reflectsthe OEM's continued confidence in Divgi TTS' strong engineering capabilities and proprietary technology leadership, particularly through its NexTrac platform, which integrates advanced softwarecontrolled torque management systems, electromagnetic actuation technologies, precision clutch modulation for seamless torque distribution. Divgi TTS will be responsible for delivering a fully integrated drivetrain solution, including both hardware and embedded control systems, demonstrating its expertise in end-to-end AWD system integration.

The All-Wheel Drive variants are expected to help OEM demonstrate the capabilities of its SUVs under multiple terrain conditions and thereby serve a larger customer base. The win also reflects increasing market adoption of advanced AWD technologies and positions Divgi TTS to benefit from the growing demand for enhanced vehicle performance and driving dynamics.

Shares of Divgi Torqtransfer Systems Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 856.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 852.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2754 in over 192 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 859.50 and intraday low of 842.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2347968.00.
