Esquire Real Estate & Bio-infocom Pvt Ltd receives LoA from SRA, Mumbai for redevelopment

Esquire Real Estate & Bio-infocom Pvt. Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Balgopal Commercial Ltd, has received a Letter of Award by Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA), Mumbai, for redevelopment of land admeasuring 19,967.36 square meters, situated at Sion Kokari Agar, Shaikh Mistry Road, Antop Hill, Mumbai-400 037.

The Company's entitlement of free sale component from the project is presently estimated to be around 5.87 Lakh square feet (GMV Rs 1200 crores approx.), subject to the provisions of Development Control & Promotion Regulations for Greater Mumbai, 2034 and applicable law.

The aforesaid approval is in the ordinary course of business of the subsidiary and enables further progress of the proposed development project, subject to compliance with the conditions specified therein and receipt of other requisite approvals from the concerned authorities.

Shares of Balgopal Commercial Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 156.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 158.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1891 in over 19 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 170.00 and intraday low of 153.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 311580.00.
