PNC Infratech Ltd subsidiary's project declared fit for commercial operations

PNC Infratech Limited (the Company) has announced that a HAM project executed by one of the Company's subsidiaries namely 6Kanpur Lucknow Expressway Private Limited ('Concessionaire') has achieved 'Provisional Completion Certificate' (PCC/PCOD) dated 10.6.2026 declaring the Project fit for entry into commercial operations with effect from 27th April,2026 has been issued by the Independent Engineer vide email dated llth lane 2026.

Shares of PNC Infratech Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 197.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 200.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9240 in over 318 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 200.00 and intraday low of 196.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1828617.00.
