GRE Green Energy Pvt Ltd commissions Solar Power Project

GRE Renew Enertech Limited's (Formally Known as GRE Renew Enertech Private Limited) wholly owned subsidiary, GRE Green Energy Private Limited, has successfully commissioned and operationalized a 1.500 MW (AC) / 2.016 MW (DC) Solar Power Project situated at Village: Indrap, Taluka: Becharaji, District: Mehsana, State: Gujarat.

Based on the requisite approvals and completion of meter sealing formalities, the projects were operationalized and commenced generation of solar power with effect from May 30, 2026, while the commissioning certificate from Gujarat Energy Development Agency (GEDA) is under process and expected to be received in due course.

The aforesaid project contributes towards the expansion of the renewable energy asset base of the Company and its subsidiary.

Shares of GRE Renew Enertech Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 163.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 167.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4800 in over 4 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 175.20 and intraday low of 163.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 809820.00.
