WeWork India Management Ltd enters into lease for expansion at Krishe Emerald, Hyderabad

WeWork India Management Limited has entered into an Addendum to the Lease Deed for expansion of its existing centre at Krishe Emerald, Hyderabad. The existing centre was originally leased under a Lease Deed dated July 2, 2020. Pursuant to the said Addendum, the Company has taken on lease additional space admeasuring 31,259 square feet at the aforesaid centre, which will result in an increase in the Company's operational capacity.

The existing capacity of 1,26,860 desks is at an utilization of 86.90% as at March 31, 2026.

The company proposes to add 536 desks (approx.) which is expected to be operational in July 2026 at an outlay of Rs. 9.80 Crore (approx.)

The new capacity will cater to incremental demand and to enhance Company's operational capacity in line with business growth.

Shares of WeWork India Management Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 648.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 624.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4524 in over 398 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 649.90 and intraday low of 624.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2892558.00.
