Narayana Hrudayalaya Ltd announces Q4 FY26 results

Narayana Hrudayalaya Limited, a leading healthcare service provider, announced its financial results for the fourth quarter (Q4 FY26) ended March 31st, 2026.

Financial Highlights for the Quarter (Q4 FY26) - Prepared in accordance with Ind AS ('Indian Accounting Standards')

- Consolidated total operating revenue was ₹ 25,938 Mn for Q4 FY26 as compared to ₹ 14,754 Mn in the corresponding period of the previous year, reflecting a change of +75.8 % YoY and +20.6% QoQ.

- Consolidated Adj. EBITDA stood at ₹ 5,394 Mn, reflecting a margin of 20.8% as against ₹ 3,846 Mn in Q4 FY25, translating into a change of +40.3% YoY and +15.7% QoQ.

- Consolidated Adj. PAT stood at ₹ 2,283 Mn, reflecting a margin of 8.8% as compared to ₹ 1,962 Mn in Q4 FY25, translating into a change of +16.3% YoY and -10.4% QoQ.

- India operating revenue was ₹ 12,505 Mn for Q4 FY26 as compared to ₹ 11,088 Mn in the corresponding period of the previous year, reflecting a change of +12.8% YoY and +6.0% QoQ.

- Cayman operating revenue was ₹ 5,618 Mn for Q4 FY26 as compared to ₹ 3,797 Mn in the corresponding period of the previous year, reflecting a change of +47.9% YoY and +12.5% QoQ.

- UK operating revenue was ₹ 8,090 Mn for Q4 FY26, reflecting a change of +65% QoQ.

Financial Highlights for the Quarter (FY26)

- Consolidated total operating revenue was ₹ 78,960 Mn for FY26 as compared to ₹ 54,830 Mn in the corresponding period of the previous year, reflecting a change of +44.0 % YoY.

- Consolidated Adj. EBITDA stood at ₹ 17,928 Mn for FY26, reflecting a margin of 22.7% as against ₹ 13,684 Mn in FY25, translating into a change of +31.0% YoY.

- Consolidated Adj. PAT stood at ₹ 9,374 for FY26 Mn, reflecting a margin of 11.9% as compared to ₹ 7,898 Mn in FY25, translating into a change of +18.7% YoY.

- India operating revenue was ₹ 47,974 Mn for FY26 as compared to ₹ 43,499 Mn for FY25, reflecting a change of +10.3% YoY.

- Cayman operating revenue was ₹ 18,893 Mn for FY26 as compared to ₹ 11,829 Mn for FY25, reflecting a change of +59.7% YoY.

- UK operating revenue was ₹ 12,992 Mn for FY26 starting from 6th November 2025.

As on March 31st, 2026, the Total Borrowings less Cash & Bank Balance and Investments were INR 22,397 Mn, representing a net debt to equity ratio of 0.49 (Out of which, debt worth US$ 117 Mn and GBP £150 Mn are foreign currency denominated).

Commenting on the performance, Dr. Emmanuel Rupert, Managing Director and Group CEO, Narayana Hrudayalaya Limited, said "FY26 marked an important milestone in the company's journey with the successful acquisition of the hospital business of Practice Plus Group in November 2025. By the close of the financial year, the acquired entity had completed close to two quarters within NH, and integration is progressing in line with management expectations.

Our Cayman business delivered another year of robust performance and benefitted from the addition of Health City Camana Bay and sustained demand across specialties. One Health Cayman, our integrated health insurance platform, continues to further strengthen patient access and affordability within the ecosystem. Shares of Narayana Hrudayalaya Ltd. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1854.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1928.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 21555 in over 2506 trades.
