The board of directors of Cybertech Systems and Software Ltd has approved the recommendation of Final dividend of Rs. 4/- (Rupees Four Only) per equity share of Rs.10 each for the financial year 2025-26, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Book closure/Record date shall be intimated in the due course of time.
