ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 4

The Board of Directors of ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India Limited at its meeting held today have recommended a dividend of Rs.4/- per equity share of Rs.5/- each for the financial year ended 31st March 2026 to the shareholders for approval. The said dividend, if approved at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting ('AGM'), shall be paid on or before 22nd August 2026.
