In line with the Dividend distribution policy of V-Guard Industries Limited, the Board has recommended a final Dividend of Rs. 1.50/- (150%) per equity share of Rs. 1/- each for the Financial Year 2025-26. The Dividend if approved by the members at the 30th Annual General Meeting, shall be disbursed within 30 days from the date of Annual General Meeting i.e. on or before September 9, 2026.
