The New India Assurance Company Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.50

The board of directors of The New India Assurance Company Limited has approved the recommendation of final dividend of Rs 1.50 per equity share of face value of Rs. 5 each to the shareholders of the Company which shall be subject to their approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

The record date for the payment of dividend for FY 2025-26 is 04th September, 2026.

Shares of The New India Assurance Company Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 162.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 164.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 32772 in over 762 trades.
