Manorama Industries Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.80

The board of directors of Manorama Industries Limited has approved and recommended the Final Dividend of Rs. 0.80 (Indian Rupees Eighty Paisa only) per equity share of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two only) each (i.e. 40% of face value of equity shares) for the financial year 2025-26. The dividend, if approved by the members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), will be paid within thirty (30) days from the date of the AGM.
