Anant Raj Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The board of directors of Anant Raj Ltd has recommended final dividend @ 50% i.e. Re. 1 per equity share (face value of Rs. 2 per equity share) for the Financial Year 2025-26, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company, which shall be paid / dispatched to the shareholders within 30 days of declaration and any further information in this regard including record date etc. shall be submitted in due course.
