Rossell Techsys Limited recommends dividend of Rs. 0.30

The board of directors of Rossell Techsys Limited has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.3/- per share i.e., 15% of Equity Share having face value of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year ended 31 March 2026 to be declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company. The final Dividend if declared, shall be paid within the timelines prescribed under the law.
