CORONA Remedies Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 10

The board of directors of CORONA Remedies Limited has recommended final dividend of Rs. 10/- (100%) per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each to the shareholders for their approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The Company has fixed Friday, June 19, 2026 as Record Date for the purpose of determining entitlement of the members of the Company to receive Final Dividend of Rs. 10/- (100%) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the Financial year 2025-26. The said Dividend, if declared by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, shall be paid on or before August 07, 2026, subject to deduction of tax at source as applicable.
