Premco Global Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of directors of Premco Global Limited has recommended a final dividend of ₹ 2 per equity share of ₹10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

The dividend, if approved, will be paid within the statutory timelines to those members whose names appear in the Register of Members as on the record date be fixed for this purpose.

Shares of PREMCO GLOBAL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 463.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 470.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 438 in over 45 trades.
