Metroglobal Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 2.50

The board of directors of Metroglobal Limited has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 2.5/- per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each (25%) for the financial year 2025-26, subject to declaration of the same by the shareholders at 34th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held within the stipulated timeline as per the Companies Act, 2013 and the Rules made thereunder.
