Heritage Foods Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 2.50

The board of directors of Heritage Foods Ltd has recommended a final dividend @ Rs.2.50/- (50%) per equity shares of face value of Rs.5/- each for the Financial Year 2025-26, subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing 34th Annual General Meeting. The record date for reckoning the list of shareholders entitled to receive the final dividend shall be Wednesday, July 15, 2026. The said dividend, if approved by shareholders will be paid on Thursday, July 30, 2026, subject to deduction of tax at source as applicable.

Shares of Heritage Foods Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 377.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 362.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 57890 in over 1387 trades.
