Gillanders Arbuthnot and Company Ltd recommends dividend CRPS

The Board of Directors of Gillanders Arbuthnot and Company Limited has recommended payment of dividend on the fully paid up 7.75% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 100/- each of the Company for the financial years 2018-19 and 2019-20, subject to approval of the same by the members at the ensuing 92nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
