Ponni Sugars Erode Limited recommends dividend of Rs. 5

The Board of Directors of Ponni Sugars (Erode) Limited have recommended a dividend of Rs.5.00 (Rupees Five only) per Equity Share of Rs.10 each for the financial year 2025-26. The Dividend, if approved by the Members at the Annual General Meeting will be paid on or before 01st July 2026.

The record date for the purpose of determining shareholders who are eligible to receive Dividend for FY 2025-26 is fixed on Friday, the 05th June 2026.
