Privi Speciality Chemicals Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 10

The board of directors of Privi Speciality Chemicals Limited has approved the recommendation of Final Dividend of Rs. 10/- {100%} per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2025-26, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing 41st Annual General Meeting of the Company.
