Canara Bank recommends dividend of Rs. 4.20

The board of directors of Canara Bank has recommended Dividend of Rs. 4.20 per equity share (210%) of face value of Rs.2/- each for FY 2025-26, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Bank.
