NRB Bearings Ltd declares 3rd interim dividend of Rs. 2.25

The board of directors of NRB Bearings Ltd has approved the declaration of 3rd interim dividend of Rs. 2.25 /- (Rupees Two & Twenty Five paisa Only) per equity share of Rs. 2 each, i.e., 112.5% (One Hundred Twelve and One-Half Percent). The interim dividend shall be paid to all members whose names appear on the Register of Members as on the Record Date, i.e., Wednesday, May 13, 2026. The interim dividend shall be paid within a period of 30 days of the declaration thereof as per the statutory timelines. In view of the interim dividend declaration, there will be no recommendation for a final dividend for FY 2025-26.
