K P Energy Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.25

The board of directors of K P Energy Ltd has recommended Final Dividend at 5% i.e. Re. 0.25 (Twenty-Five Paisa only) per equity share of the face value of Rs.5/- each for the financial year 2025-26, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
