Krystal Integrated Services Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.50

The board of directors of Krystal Integrated Services Limited has recommended final Dividend of Rs. 1.50/- (One Rupees Fifty Paise) per equity share i.e. 15% of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2025-26 on the entire issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of the Company of 1,39,71,952 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each, for declaration by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

The Dividend shall be paid within 30 days of its declaration by the shareholders at the ensuing AGM, subject to deduction of tax at source at applicable rate.

Shares of Krystal Integrated Services Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 599.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 616.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4224 in over 179 trades.
