F MEC International Financial Services Limited has fixed Tuesday, May 26, 2026, as the 'Record Date' for the purpose of determining the members, eligible for the sub-division of existing equity shares and issue of bonus equity shares of the Company.

Sub-division of 1 (one) equity share of face value of ₹ 10/- each fully paid-up into 5 (five) equity shares of face value of ₹ 2 each fully paid-up; and

Issue of bonus equity shares in the ratio of 1:10 i.e., 1 (One) bonus equity shares of face value ₹ 2 (Rupee Two Only) each for every 10 (Ten) equity share of face value ₹ 2 (Rupee One only) each fully paid up.
