MRF Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 229

The board of directors of MRF Ltd has recommended a final dividend of Rs 229/- (2290%) per share of Rs.10 each subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The Company has already declared and paid two interim dividends of Rs.3/- (30%)each per share for the financial year ended 31stMarch, 2026. The total dividend for the financial year ended 31stMarch 2026 works out to Rs. 235/ - (2350%) per share of Rs.10 each.
