Brigade Enterprises Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 2

The board of directors of Brigade Enterprises Ltd has recommended a final dividend of Rs.2/- per equity share (20%) of Rs. 10/- each which is subject to approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Thirty First Annual General Meeting of the Company. The dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of shareholders' approval in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
