Godrej Consumer Products Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 5

The Board of Directors of Godrej Consumer Products Ltd has declared an interim dividend @ Rs. 5/- per share (500% on Equity Shares of Face Value of Rs. 1/- each) for the Financial Year 2026-27. As intimated earlier, the Record Date for ascertaining the names of the Shareholders who will be entitled to receive the said dividend is Tuesday, May 12, 2026. The dividend will be paid on or before Thursday, June 4, 2026.
