Radico Khaitan Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 9

The board of directors of Radico Khaitan Ltd has approved the recommendation of Final Dividend of 450%, i.e. Rs. 9/- per equity shares of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year 2025-26, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing 42nd Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company. Further, the final dividend, if approved at the AGM, shall be paid within a period of 30 days from the date of the AGM.
