This signing marks a significant milestone, bringing the Company's total portfolio in Maharashtra to 30 properties, comprising 15 operational hotels and 15 in the pipeline, underscoring a concerted expansion into high-growth urban markets.
The hotel will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.
