Lloyds Metals and Energy Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The board of directors of Lloyds Metals and Energy Limited has recommended Final Dividend of 100% (i.e. Re. 1/- per share) on Equity Shares of the Face Value of Rs. 1/- (Rupee One each) for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2026, subject to approval of the Members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company.
