CFF Fluid Control Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.75

The board of directors of CFF Fluid Control Limited has approved the recommendation of Final Dividend of Rs. 0.75 per equity share (75 Paisa, i.e. 7.5%) on equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
