Mafatlal Industries Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.25

The Board of Directors of Mafatlal Industries Limited has recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 1.25/- per equity share of the face value of Rs.2/- each (i.e. 62.50% of the face value) for the Financial Year 2025-2026 subject to approval of the Members at the forthcoming 112th Annual General Meeting.
