GHCL Limited recommends dividend of Rs. 12

The board of directors of GHCL Limited has recommended Dividend of Rs. 12 (Rupees Twelve) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each i.e. 120% on the paid-up equity capital for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Dividend will be paid on or after June 25, 2026, if approved by the members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
