Punjab National Bank recommends dividend of Rs. 3

The board of directors of Punjab National Bank has recommended Dividend of Rs. 3.00 per equity share (150%) of face value of Rs.2/- each for FY 2025-26, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Bank.

Shares of Punjab National Bank was last trading in BSE at Rs. 107.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 108.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2570258 in over 14091 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 111.35 and intraday low of 105.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 278377004.00.
