Quess Corp Ltd declares special interim dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of Quess Corp Ltd has approved the declaration of payment of the special interim dividend of Rs. 3/- per equity share (30%) of the face value of Rs. 10/- each for the Financial Year 2025-26, on account of 10 years of the listing of the securities of the Company.

The Company has fixed Friday, May 08, 2026, as the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders entitled to receive the special interim dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26 and the said special interim dividend will be paid on or before May 21, 2026.

Shares of Quess Corp Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 211.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 198.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 45250 in over 1148 trades.
