The Board of directors of Computer Age Management Services Limited at its meeting held on 04 th May 2026 has recommended the payment of Final dividend of Rs.4/- per equity share, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 07th July 2026.

The record date for final dividend will be 10th July 2026.
