SNL Bearings Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 15

The board of directors of SNL Bearings Ltd has declared Interim Dividend of Rs.15/- (Rupees Fifteen Only) i.e. 150% (One Hundred and Fifty percent) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up. The interim dividend shall be paid to all members whose names appear on the Register of Members as on the Record Date, i.e., Friday, May 08 2026. The interim dividend shall be paid within a period of 30 days of the declaration thereof as per the statutory timelines. In view of the interim dividend declaration, there will be no recommendation for a final dividend for FY 2025-26.
