Krishival Foods Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.35

The board of directors of Krishival Foods Ltd has recommended Final Dividend on Equity Shares @ Rs. 0.35 per Equity Share of Face Value of 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026 and the same shall be payable subject to approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company.
