Jindal Stainless Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 3

The board of directors of Jindal Stainless Ltd has approved the recommendation for payment of final dividend of Rs. 3 (Rupees Three only) per equity share of the face value of Rs. 2 each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 46th Annual General Meeting.

The total dividend for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026, aggregates to Rs. 4 (Rupees Four only) per equity share of the face value of Rs. 2 each, including the Interim Dividend of Re. 1 (Rupee One only) per equity share as approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 21st January, 2026.

Shares of Jindal Stainless Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 778.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 768.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 22345 in over 1536 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 788.75 and intraday low of 772.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 17492073.00.
