Jyothy Labs Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 3.50

The board of directors of Jyothy Labs Ltd has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 3.50/- (Rupees Three and Fifty paise only) per equity share of Re.1 /- each for the financial year 2025-26, subject to the approval of shareholders. The record date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of the shareholders for the final dividend, has been fixed as Monday, June 29, 2026. The Dividend, if approved at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, will be paid / dispatched on or after July 14, 2026.
