Kirloskar Pneumatic enhanced stake to 100% equity in Systems & Components India Pvt Ltd

Kirloskar Pneumatic Company Ltd. (BSE: 505283, NSE: KIRLPNU), a leading player in the air, refrigeration, and gas compressor segment, has acquired an additional 44.74% equity stake in M/s Systems & Components India Private Ltd. (S&C). Pursuant to this acquisition, S&C has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company with effect from May 4, 2026.

Kirloskar Pneumatic is undertaking a restructuring of its subsidiary to align performance with the expectations set at the time of acquisition. This transformation will require some time before delivering the anticipated positive outcomes for the subsidiary.
