Epigral Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 5

The board of directors of Epigral Limited has recommended Final dividend of Rs. 5.00 (50%) per Equity Share of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the Financial Year 2025-26 and which shall be paid/dispatched as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder.
