India Shelter Finance Corporation Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 10

The Board of Directors of India Shelter Finance Corporation Limited has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 10 per equity share (200% of face value), for the financial year 2025-26, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
